Prior to joining the Wicomico County team, Polizzi worked in career and technical education administration in North Carolina for four years. Before that, Polizzi coached football at the high school, collegiate and professional levels for 17 years.
Polizzi grew up in New York and graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in business administration/sports management from The College of Saint Rose. He later earned a Master’s Degree in recreation and sports studies from Ohio University.
Laura Soper graduated from Salisbury University with dual degrees in Marketing and Communications, and later earned her MBA from the same school.
Prior to Joining the Wicomico County team, Soper worked as the Director of Business Development for the City of Salisbury.
In her spare time, Soper enjoys swimming, biking, gardening and spending time with her family.
Donald “Donnie” Knaub brings 25 years of experience and knowledge in both athletics and business to Wicomico County. He was a health/physical education teacher for four years before working as an athletic director for the past 11 years.
Prior to working in education, Knaub owned and operated a sporting goods store. Donnie grew up in York, PA and earned his Bachelor of Science in Education from Frostburg State University.
Prior to working for Wicomico County, Rivera worked in operations running AAU basketball tournaments up and down the east coast. Prior to tournament operations, Rivera worked as event staff at the University of Delaware.
Rivera grew up in Delaware and graduated with a Bachelor of Science in sports management from the University of Delaware.
